  • How to order in Pearls Blossom?

Copy the Order Form, paste to your email and fill up the details completely before send to us. Kindly refer to Order Guide.

  • All items listed in Pearls Blossom are pre-order items?

Yes, most items listed are preorder items.

How fast can I get my items?

All Preorder Batch in Pearls Blossom close weekly (I’ll update ASAP as theres any items open for Pre-Orders). You will received your items within 7-15 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after Preorder Batch closed. We provide you the fastest delivery service so that you could receive your items as soon as possible.

  • CDs, DVDs and Photobooks are original items?

Yes, all CDs, DVDs and Photobooks listed in Pearls Blossom are Original-Sealed and imported from Japan or South Korea.

  • Are you selling Variety Shows and Drama’s in DVD/CD’s?

Yes. We’re selling Variety Show. But some of Video’s are in LQ. You Can get a special discount for this.

  • Does all CDs and DVDs’ sales reflected on main sales chart?

Yes, all sales will be reflected on Hanteo and GAON Chart for Korean albums, and ORICON Chart for Japanese albums.

  • How to pay for my order?

You can pay your order to our Maybank or CIMB bank accounts through online banking, cash deposit machine (CDM) or ATM machine

How to pay for my order using credit card or Paypal?

We’re sorry, Currently credit cards and PayPal paying method are not available in a momont at Pearls Blossom.

  • What if the actual weight is lighter than estimated weight stated in an item’s post?

If the actual weight of an item is lighter than the estimated weight, we will re-adjust the item’s price. If you already paid for the overcharged item, we will refund the extra amount you paid to your Maybank or BSN bank account thru online banking. Or, we will keep the extra balance and customers will get extra discount (same amount as customers’ previous extra balance) in their next order.

  • What if I paid more than the quoted amount of my order? Will you ship back the extra balance together with the parcel?

If customers pay more than the quoted amount, we will bank in the extra balance to your Maybank or BSN account thru online banking. Or, we will keep the extra balance and customers will get extra discount (same amount as customers’ previous extra balance) in their next orders. We will not return the extra balance in your parcel as it is too risky of losses.

  • Will you ships poster in tube?

Yes, all posters (subject to suppliers’ availability) will be shipped in tube without extra cost.

  • How do you ship the items?

We ship all items (except poster-in-tube) using Poslaju service by Pos Malaysia. Poster-in-tube will be shipped using PosDaftar by Pos Malaysia.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only ship items within Malaysia.

  • I want to get some items but not listed in your site, can you get it for me?

Yes, we can search the items for you if it is not sold out or out of stock. Kindly send us a request to our email. Read here for more information.
